3.4. Right of Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or reject any order at our sole discretion, even after a transactional authorization or order confirmation email has been issued. Reasons for order cancellation include, but are not limited to: structural inventory shortages, errors in product description or pricing, system errors, or flags raised by our internal automated fraud-detection systems. If your order is canceled after payment processing, we will instantly issue a full refund to your original payment method.

While we make every retail effort to ensure your package arrives within this combined 4–6 day window, all shipping dates are estimates. aurumuus is not liable for structural carrier delays caused by extreme weather, infrastructure failures, or acts of god.
5.3. Transfer of Title & Risk of Loss: In accordance with standard US commercial rules, all sales are executed under a shipment contract. This means that the legal risk of loss, damage, and ownership title transfers directly from aurumuus to you the moment we hand the package over to our shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL).

Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Adjustments

6.1. U.S. Marketplace Standards: There is no universal federal "cooling-off" or "change of mind" cancellation window mandating online store returns within the United States. All returns, exchanges, or consumer refunds are governed exclusively by our explicit [Refund and Returns Policy].
6.2. 60-Day Return Right: We grant customers a 60-day return window calculated from the confirmed date of delivery. Returned items must be received back at our facility in brand-new, completely unused condition and inside their original packaging.
6.3. Fee Waiving: In alignment with our commitment to transparency and Google Merchant Center guidelines, return shipping labels are provided for free ($0) via email, and zero ($0) restocking fees will be applied to eligible consumer returns.

Promotional Vouchers, Gift Cards, & Digital Credits

10.1. Campaign Coupons: Marketing discount codes, promotional credits, and coupons are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for physical cash value, and must be utilized within their explicitly declared validity periods. We reserve the right to cancel or revoke promotional campaigns at any moment.
10.2. Gift Cards: Digital gift cards issued by aurumuus are redeemable solely for eligible merchandise on our storefront. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or exchanged for cash, except where explicitly required by individual state laws.

Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

11.3. Class Action Waiver: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND aurumuus AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY

GENERAL ACTION. You expressly waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits against this business.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1. Maryland Choice of Law: These Terms, along with your entire commercial relationship with aurumuus, shall be governed, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2. Forum Selection: For any dispute that escapes the arbitration provisions outlined in Section 11, you and aurumuus hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland for the purpose of litigating all such claims.

Severability and Entire Agreement

13.1. Severability: If any provision, clause, or sub-section of these Terms is determined by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be deemed severed from the contract. The invalidity of that provision will not affect the legality, validity, and enforceability of all remaining clauses, which shall continue in full force and effect.
13.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, along with our [Shipping Policy], [Refund and Returns Policy], and [Privacy Policy], constitute the entire legal agreement and commercial understanding between you and aurumuus, completely superseding any prior oral agreements, written drafts, or representations.
