  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Transit Time: 3–4 Business Days (Monday – Friday)


Order Confirmation & Tracking

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. We will also send a notification once your package has been successfully delivered.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted domestic carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery across the United States. Your order will be shipped via:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • DHL Express


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders.

  • Total Delivery Estimated Time: Typically 4 to 6 business days (this combines our 1–2 day handling time and 3–4 day transit time) within the contiguous United States.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Please note that we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO).

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please complete the following steps before contacting us:

  1. Verify that the shipping address entered at checkout was completely accurate.

  2. Check all potential delivery spots around your property (porch, side gate, leasing office, etc.).

  3. Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

  4. Contact the specific carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) directly with your tracking number to initiate a missing mail search or file a claim.

If the carrier officially declares the package lost or misdelivered, please reach out to us at help@aurumuus.shop with your order number. We will gladly arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a full refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference.
