By Mail: Contact our customer care team at help@aurumuus.shop to initiate the return process. Once approved, you will receive a downloadable and printable prepaid shipping label sent directly to your email.

In-Store / Office Visit: You may return items in person at our physical business address. Please ensure you bring the product in its original packaging along with your digital proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping is FREE ($0) for all orders. Whether you are returning a defective item or simply changed your mind, we will provide a prepaid label at no cost to you.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0) for any returned products.

Refund Processing Timeline

Inspection: Once your returned item arrives at our facility and is inspected for compliance with our return policy conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Payment Method: Refunds will be credited directly to the original payment method used during your checkout. Please note that depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to post to your account statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@aurumuus.shop. Please include your order number along with clear photos showing the issue. We will instantly arrange for a replacement or process a full refund, covering all associated costs.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this 24-hour window, your order enters our automated fulfillment system and cannot be altered or stopped. If you miss this window, you are welcome to return the item for a full refund once it arrives by following our standard return steps above.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If your order has not successfully arrived within 30 business days from shipment, please contact us immediately. Please note that aurumuus cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing or are misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer at checkout.
